Lake El Salto and the lodge:
Lake El Salto has been one of the best fishing lakes in Mexico. There
has been a lot of publicity and also a lot of advertising about this
lake. The lodge is a newly-constructed lakeside facility which maintains
the highest level of service possible.
It is spacious
with eight double rooms, each with private hot water bath and air-conditioning.
The well-trained staff will pamper you throughout your stay. All the
guides are well seasoned, having fished the lake for years and are
very capable.

Package #1
4 nights lodging (double occupancy) 3 full days of fishing, guide
and boat, meals, beer, margaritas, fishing license and ground transportation
to and from the lodge. Price per person - $1595.00
Package #2
3 nights lodging (double occupancy) 3 full days of fishing, guide
and boat, meals, beer, margaritas, fishing license and ground transportation
to and from the lodge. Price per person - $1545.00
Package #3
3 nights lodging (double occupancy) 2.5 full days of fishing, guide
and boat, meals, beer, margaritas, fishing license and ground transportation
to and from the lodge. Price per person - $1595.00
Deposit Amount
$600 per person. Bookings are not confirmed until deposits are received.

Fishing Season:
September through June. Although the lake offers excellent fishing
on a year-round basis, we've discovered that the months outside the
prime fishing window of September through June are often extremely
hot or rainy.

Travel logistics
for Lake El Salto Lodge:
Fly commercial into Mazatlan, Mexico. Airline choices are varied:
Delta, AmeriWest, AeroCalifornia and AeroMexico. You will be met at
the airport by a company representative and transported to the lodge,
which is about a 1 ½ hour drive.
Itinerary for
Lake El Salto Lodge:
Day 1: Arrive in Mazatlan, Mexico. Airport reception and transfer
to lodge.
Days 2 - 4: Morning and afternoon fishing sessions on Lake El Salto.
Overnight at lodge.
Day 5: Return transfer to airport for your flight back home.
Weather at
Lake El Salto:
The evening and morning hours are cool because of the cool crisp mountain
air of the Sierra Madre Mountains. As the day progresses, it typically
heats up to between 84 and 90 degrees. Occasional showers do occur,
so a rain-suit is a must.

Accommodations:
Two anglers will share a room complete with air-conditioner, private
bathroom and filtered water. The rooms overlook the lake. Maid service
is provided daily.
Meals at Lake
El Salto:
The cooking staff will provide a delightful array of dishes for visiting
anglers, including steaks and a variety of seafoods and an elaborate
Mexican dinner. Freshly made chips and salsa, along with frosty cold
margaritas are always on hand to hold you over until dinner is served.

Day trips are available to the world famous tourist destination of
Mazatlan.
